Update: Central Puget Sound One-Call/One-Click Phase 1A Request for Proposals
Proposal Overview
Hopelink is seeking proposals from vendors to initiate Phase 1A of the Central Puget Sound One-Call/One-Click system. This technology will minimize the burden placed on riders by creating a multimodal trip-planner as the foundational starting point to finding and securing a ride. Phase 1A launches an inclusive trip planner and rider profiles, focusing on demand response and/or eligibility restricted services. This system will advance as we build out the other essential components outlined in Appendix A: Principal Components of the One-Call/One-Click System.
