ORCA To-Go is now Neighborhood Pop-Up!

November 20, 2019

King County Metro's ORCA To-Go services are now Neighborhood Pop-Up!

King County Metro has been realigning their agency to fit with their new equity-focused Mobility Framework, and one of the many decisions informed by this mission improvement is the expansion and rebranding of their mobile ORCA sales and reloading unit. Effective November 6, 2019, ORCA To-Go became King County Metro’s Neighborhood Pop-Up!

In addition to offering the same services like ORCA purchasing, acquiring Senior and Disabled Regional Reduced Fare Permits, and ORCA, LIFT, Youth and RRFP reloading, Neighborhood Pop-Up staff will be able to provide Riders with the most up-to-date knowledge on trip planning, transit schedules, and upcoming cutting-edge Metro mobility pilots, projects, and system expansions!

If you want to learn more, you can visit Neighborhood Pop-Up at their webpage (www.kingcounty.gov/metro/pop-up), email them at NeighborhoodPopUp@kingcounty.gov, or view their December event schedule.
